Military Bronies

Know what a bronie is? Well it is an adult male that enjoys watching a show called My Little Pony on Hub. Recently Bronies in the military have been showing their love for the show by putting a rainbow patch on their uniform. They have become quite popular and their Facebook page has over 1000 likes. Some people say it could cause a problem for the patches are not authorized to be put on the uniforms. Any thoughts on this?

In London

So the 2012 Olympics are coming up on July 27th in London. This will be the third time London has held the games, one in 1908 and the next in 1948. About 304 nations will be competing in the 302 events. I personally enjoy watching the aquatic events but what about you guys? Will any of you be attending?

DisneyQuest

Video game nerd? DisneyQuest is definitely a place for you. I just got finished walking through this huge five story building in downtown Disney filled with games from new tech 3D games to old retro arcade games.  I now have a headache from playing so many games. But it is still an amazing place for anyone that enjoys video games like I do. But to play everything, you would need to plan a whole day for this attraction as it takes hours to do what you want on each floor. Check it out!

Techno geek

I consider myself a techno geek. I'm always on my ipod for research and messaging. But when it goes dead, It's like I have nothing to do. I'll end up going outside, reading, and just enjoying life and forget about technology. So for all the techno nerds like me, what do you do in the time your ipods, laptops, or phones are dead?

Camp

So this week has been a great camp at Tybee Island. Even if there have been a few mishaps. Filled with acts of bullying, crazy people in my cabin, and forgetting where to be at the right time are some of the things. (I even forgot to bring enough underwear! But don't worry, I was able to buy more.) Swimming at the beach, ghost tours, and crab hunting are some of the awesome things we have done this week. So I was wondering, what kind of awesome/worst camping experiences have you guys had?

Busch Gardens Cont.

What little people may know about Busch gardens is the fact that the company is really a division of another company. Blackstone Group. Blackstone Group is a financial industry that provides various services such as, financial advisory, private equities, and marketable alternative investment strategies. Who knew that such an industry would own such a company, for example Busch Gardens. Well, my question is, to the Blackstone Group--are you all about making money and about tourist traps, or do you give to charity and/or implement small community services to 'make the world a better place.' Sorry, I got a little sentimental there. So, to sum it all up, I want to challenge Blackstone to not be "just another industry," be a role-model in the business world!

Family

Family time, to me is essential to one's health. I think that time spent with family is a gift that we should all cherish. And those who don't have a family or don't really know their family, friends are also very important. For those who have families and friends, do not take them for granted. I am so thankful for my family and my friends, even though I often forget about my family I always tell them I love them....

What  is family? The Webster's Dictionary describes it as, "a group of individuals living under one roof and usually under one head," But how rarely does that happen? Even though we may live under the same roof as our family member, but do we live as a family--"under one head."

So, with the question addressed, let us observe the value of "family." I believe that family is absolutely priceless. And without my family I would not be able to do many things I do today. Such as, procrastinate, play sports, and to be an excellent student. (Sorry got a little carried away) But if I don't appreciate my family, who will? And now the question is now upon you. Do you appreciate your family? Do love them and tell them that? And finally, do you spend time with your family. Trust me. Spend a small amount of time with your family each week, and then

Movies

I don't know about all you guys, but I love watching movies. My favorites are definitely the 80s movies. I also like the horror genre. Movies open up a world of imagination that people have never even thought of before. So I was curious, what is your favorite movie or genre? Let us know in the comments!

Posts!!!

So...what is the definition of procrastination? Well I looked it up on the internet and the definition was, the act of procrastinating; putting off or delaying or defering an action to a later time".

Complicated, right? I know. And the question I ask is why is a concept so simple, so clear, have to be made so complicated in this definition.

And this is why I believe that procrastination is a concept that is accepted through many college students or middle and high school students.

If it was not for procrastination, many victories in small battles or wars would be lost. The fact that procrastination makes you wait for or on a matter could mean the difference between life and getting the chicken pox. For example, if you wanted to drink out of someone else's drink would you or would you wait until he/she is done with this drink. Ha Ha Ha....You didn't think about that now did you?

That is why I believe that procrastination is a great principle or concept many people should live by!!!

Six Flags Over Georgia

In 2012, the park will celebrate its 45th anniversary season as the Southeast's destination for thrilling family fun. The park boasts eleven heart-pounding roller coasters headlined by the hyper-coaster Goliath, ranked as one of the top coasters in the world and Dare Devil Dive, a beyond-vertical coaster that sends riders soaring through 3 inversions. Guests can cool off on Thunder River, a wild rafting adventure or splash around Skull Island, a towering water play structure with hundreds of water elements. Three interactive children's areas, BUGS BUNNY World, Carousel Hill and Whistlestop Park, provide hours of fun for our smallest guests.

Coming in 2012, Six Flags Over Georgia will introduce all-new shows that will light up venues across the park, including iLuminate, a ground-breaking show in the dark featuring light-up costumes and special lighting effects. This is going to be a new style introduce to Six Flags. This park is a great park for the families and for thrillers. You will enjoy this park if you are visiting and comment if you want me to do a review on another park, thanks.

Busch Gardens

There are multiple roller coasters at Busch Gardens. There is the Shrieka, which is a floor less roller coaster that takes you 200 feet high and drops you at a 90 degree angle. There is also the Montu, which is famous for its twist and inverts that go into the ground. The next roller coaster is the Cheetah Hunt, this roller coaster is the best I think, next to the Shrieka because of how it takes off. This ride takes off 0 to 60 in 2 seconds. This ride you experience 4G and astronauts during takeoff only experience 3G. The Next ride is Kumba and this ride does tons and I mean tons of flips which are during drops. I would not miss this ride. The ride that I think is the easiest to ride for a kid that is scared of flips. You can do the Scorpion, it is a easy ride that has one easy flip that is over in a sec and the ride is about 27 seconds long. Short easy ride. If you are going to Tampa or Orlando, I would really suggest you take the one hour drive to Tampa to go to this park because of the animals and roller coasters. I liked this park because of the varied of activities and entertainment.

Sea World

These are three roller coasters, all different types. The dark blue is called the Manta, which is a lie down, like superman, roller coaster. I loved this roller coaster, but insist that you do not eat anything because of you laying down on your belly. The light blue is called the Kraken and it is a sit down roller coaster with Lots of inverts and twist. Is a amazing roller coaster wouldn't not miss riding if you go to Sea World. The last one is a water roller coaster and that takes you to Atlantis. The ride is called Journey to Atlantis. The ride gets you extremely soak and has two drops that are in pitch black, so be prepared for the drops. Also Sea World ha ton of animal shows, that are very famous , so I recommend that you watch them all and sit in the front rows because that is the soak zone. Thank you and hope you enjoy Sea World if you go.

Universal Studios

This park is a very well kept up park, thanks to its helpful staff. Universal Studios is home to many of your favorite movies, games, shows, and now theme park. I thought park was kids all ages because of its rides and characters. You could meet Woody Woodpecker or Homer from the Simpsons. This ride has characters for little kids and small, amusing rides for for 7- 11. It has roller coasters for the thrill fans from the age 11- up. Is a park worth visiting and I advice you to get the two park pass and a quick queo because of the lines. Hope you enjoy this park if you are visiting. Plz subscribe for more blogs!

HAVE YOU EVER BEEN MAD!!!!! Well I have...Yes yes yes, I know that the PROCRASTINATOR should never be mad. But in this instance I shall. What caused me to be mad, angry, furious, cross, or belligerent. Well ever since I began the first day of school at our lovely school system, a club has..(for lack of better terms) ticked me off. For legal purposes I may not name the club, but it has an adverse effect on the "society" of our school!!!

Now that I have told you what makes me mad it is your turn....
Tell me what makes you mad, what irks you, what makes your skin crawl--go ahead take as many posts as you need to tell the anonymous world.
