Family

Family time, to me is essential to one's health. I think that time spent with family is a gift that we should all cherish. And those who don't have a family or don't really know their family, friends are also very important. For those who have families and friends, do not take them for granted. I am so thankful for my family and my friends, even though I often forget about my family I always tell them I love them....

What  is family? The Webster's Dictionary describes it as, "a group of individuals living under one roof and usually under one head," But how rarely does that happen? Even though we may live under the same roof as our family member, but do we live as a family--"under one head."

So, with the question addressed, let us observe the value of "family." I believe that family is absolutely priceless. And without my family I would not be able to do many things I do today. Such as, procrastinate, play sports, and to be an excellent student. (Sorry got a little carried away) But if I don't appreciate my family, who will? And now the question is now upon you. Do you appreciate your family? Do love them and tell them that? And finally, do you spend time with your family. Trust me. Spend a small amount of time with your family each week, and then see how much happier, relaxed, and rejuvenated you feel.
